Team Building of Rainbow Nanchang

On August 5, 2023, Rainbow  Nanchang Branch held a long-awaited team building , inviting customer service director SELINA   and Shanghai branch manager JUSTIN to participate.

In order to promote communication and cooperation among team members, we have chosen three games where team members need to solve problems through communication and collaboration. Through the game, better communication and trust relationships are established among team members.

In addition, we have also set up free activities, including billiards, board games, and singing. These activities provide team members with opportunities for relaxation and entertainment, further enhancing communication and interaction between each other. Everyone demonstrated their talents in a pleasant atmosphere, enhancing friendly relationships among team members.

Finally, we had a self-service barbecue, sharing delicious food while also enhancing communication and interaction between each other. Everyone relaxes in this friendly atmosphere and enjoys each other's companionship.
