The Intention of Rainbow logistics is to supply a stable and efficient logistics service to our clients and partners, But we have the similar problem as many China forwarders that because of OP or DOC staffs change their jobs so frequently, which makes the service not as good as expected.  In order to solve this headache, Rainbow Logistics make a decision to open a Customer Service Center.

Our new Customer Service Center located a very beautiful city Nanchang which is taking 3 hours train from Shanghai or Shenzhen, Nanchang New office is in Wanda Plaza a commercial area HONGGUTAN new district , On 3rd Nov our management and executive team is witnessing the great opening and also welcome the first lot of new employees.
